I bought the refill because the shampoo is good and my hair doesn't look flat.

It is more about the logistics issue.
It took me the third time to receive the parcel safely due to the leakage issues happening twice. I appreciated with the polite and responsive customer service team dealing with this problem, but having so many back and forth is a concern.

Again, I like the product and service but you need to find an effective way to deal with refill bags so to avoid miscommunication between customer and delivery personnels.
