It took me the third time to receive the parcel safely due to the leakage issues happening twice. I appreciated with the polite and responsive customer service team dealing with this problem, but having so many back and forth is a concern.

Again, I like the product and service but you need to find an effective way to deal with refill bags so to avoid miscommunication between customer and delivery personnels.
